We offer free initial consultations in personal injury, wrongful death, and other tort cases, and our fees in these types of matters are based on a percentage of any recovery obtained.  If there is no recovery, no fees are charged.  Limited free consultations are available in family and other cases.  In other than contngent fee cases, I offer the option of either flat or fixed fees, or fees based on time devoted to your matter (hourly fees).  Retainers or advance payments are required in those cases.
